We are convinced that you will be delighted with your order. However, if not, it has a term of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, to return it according to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by the Law 47/2002, of December 19 th .
If you find any damage to the outer packaging, please state it on the delivery note of the delivery company. Subsequently, take pictures and send them by email, please: to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our customer service department has an effective after-sales service to solve any problem or doubt with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient attention to our customers. To proceed with the return of the product, you must inform by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you contact us, we will inform you of the necessary information and the procedure to follow. If the return is the result of an error in the preparation of the order, the shipping costs are paid by Mudéjar Parfums when replacing your merchandise.
OUR RETURN POLICY
If you have received your order and you are not satisfied with any of the items, you can request the return (although in case of product / s defective / s will be as specified in the last section of this text), according to the conditions You can read below.
CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF A RETURN
Mudéjar Parfums by virtue of the provisions of the Law of Retail Trade as well as that regulated by the community regulations (Directive 97/7 / CE), will not accept returns on the sales of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or customized. The return of any merchandise will require the agreement of both parties, unless the right of withdrawal is
exercised within 14 days after the delivery date. Outside this period of 14 days, Mudéjar Parfums reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate the possible damages suffered by the merchandise, as well as to recover the direct expenses caused by the return.
Bulk products (by weight) can not be returned.
Mudéjar Parfums will only accept the return if:
1.- Within the term established for this purpose by the Law (14 days), the buyer exercises his right of resolution. Mudéjar Parfums will accept the exercise of said right only and exclusively when the merchandise is unused, with its corresponding original packaging and in perfect condition. Depressed items will be understood as used so they can not be returned. Items without their original security packaging or damaged will be considered used for all purposes. Mudéjar Parfums includes a free sample for each perfume purchase (eau de parfum, cologne, eau de toilette …) so you can smell the perfume purchased without having to unpress it. In Mudéjar Parfums we are sure that your purchase will delight you and you will have it, but otherwise you will be able to return, without any problem, your purchase if you have not unpacked it.
2- If the merchandise is defective, according to the provisions of the Law of Defective Products, Mudéjar Parfums will immediately replace the product with an identical one.
3- Mudéjar Parfums will also proceed to return the amount of the merchandise when for reasons not attributable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it would be unable to serve it.
4- Mudéjar Parfums will accept the return of the merchandise when for reasons attributable to it, the requested product does not correspond with the requested by the customer. In case of controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or fulfillment of these Particular Conditions of Purchase, they shall be resolved before the Courts and Courts of the Province of Malaga.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
Request your return via email to email@example.com within 14 working days from the date you received the order by the courier. Please, let us know in the e-mail the order number and indicate your complete contact information. Once we have received your return request, we will contact you to indicate the steps to follow in this return. Then and from your request, send us the article. Transportation costs will be paid by the customer. Freight shipping will not be accepted. The package returned must be in its original packaging, and make sure the labels have not been torn off and the item has not been used. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.
Once received the item in our offices and inspected thoroughly, we will send an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the return.
From this date, we will have 30 working days to refund the amount of the purchase, except transport costs, both shipping and return, which will only be returned in case Mudéjar Parfums is responsible for the cause of return of the product.
In case of not fulfilling any of these conditions, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. All expenses generated by this return, including the transportation of these items, will be borne by the customer. If you do not accept this option, Mudéjar Parfums can keep the items and the amount of them.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS
In accordance with articles 120 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, in the event that the delivery of defective products / s has been made, Mudéjar Parfums will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer.
